A 50 minute practice working with forward and back bends to bring balance to the energy flow inside the body and inviting you to explore what balance means to you. This practice is perfect if you’re feeling sluggish and need a pick-me-up or if you’re feeling supercharged and need to relax- magic!
Yoga, meditation and movement practices can provide great benefits. But keep in mind, only you know the limits of your own body so practice within your personal physical and mental possibilities and limitations.
