The Roots is a holistic sequence, organized into 8 mini katas. It is a level 2 Bowspring practice that will take intermediate practitioners of the Bowspring to a much deeper and higher understanding of the positive and transformative benefits of the Bowspring algorithm. It includes side stretches, backbends, forward bends, inversions, single-legged balancing poses, twists, and hip openers. There is no place in the body-mind that goes untouched after completing this sequence.
