We seem to agree about training our bodies through exercising and dieting: we go to the gym to train our muscles, we enjoy fitness and do all kinds of stuff to remain good-looking and healthy. We spend decades in school learning all kinds of things, but, surprisingly, we usually don’t dedicate much of our time to that which is most important: the way in which our minds work. So, why don’t we think about training our mind?
