RUST engaged with MomentumWW to create our 3rd iPad app for events with data capture and CRM features.
The challenge was getting all 40 devices into the 14 markets (MIA, LA, ATL, NYC, etc) in 10 weeks. This year the design was clean and streamlined. First, we defined the User Journey. We pitched a few different game ideas based on the User Journey. The agency picked a game idea and we were off to produce the app. The app included a database of dynamic pickup lines based on what flavor (bold) the user picked. At the end, the user inputs his/her email and it triggers an email with the pickup line and the drink recipe they were served.
