Fearless, experimental, creative…
These are the words that come to mind when describing our studio.
When we start a new project, it’s as if we a plant a glistening new seed into the ground.
We then help the seed to: Thrive, grow, adapt and eventually transform into something extraordinary.
Just as the natural world needs soil to grow and flourish, our studio aims to enrich people’s lives by designing meaningful spaces.
Design isn’t just about material objects but it’s about a way of seeing the world. Our lives changed after we did a 21-day spiritual pilgrimage walking through the snowy mountains of Tibet. When we returned, we knew we couldn’t go back to our old way of life. We were no longer interested in churning out ordinary designs at breakneck speed. Instead, we wanted to create something new and meaningful… something sustainable and eco-conscious. Like a force of nature, we aim to create designs that breathe new life into spaces and make them expressive and dynamic. Our landfills are piling up. We want to find creative ways to reinvent and resurrect discarded materials from leftover marble to scraps of wood. There are endless possibilities to sustainable, ethical interior design. Our aim is to spark a new conversation and raise awareness about eco-conscious design. We hope to make a statement and have an impact on the next generation of young Hong Kong designers.
