Take it slow flow., it’s a “ thing” in Yoga we say to “listen to your body, Don’t force anything, be ok with where you at” Well, todays the day. As I listen to myself and manage my flow thru an injury. Your mind doesn’t want to listen to your body but, yes, the journey has some bumps along the way. So, allow me to guide you, flowing slowly and embracing exactly where we are, even though we may not like it:). Namaste !
