This shorter Relax class with Laura will allow you to ease back into your body when your mind has been cluttered. We begin finding some relief for your neck using a strap or long scarf. Then take some long supported twists with pillows or a bolster. Closing with a neck and head supported savasana we wrap the practice with the powerful tools of breath and a sankalpa. Props needed: strap or scarf, pillows or bolster, and blanket.
