Resilience – broadly defined – is front of mind for many Americans and policymakers on both sides of the aisle. How do we prepare our infrastructure for the challenges at our doorstep and on the horizon? For the next pandemic? The next cyber-attack? The next hurricane or wildfire or inland flooding season? Or for the demographic, cultural, and working and learning trends that will shape our society? In order to ensure continuity of service and help our communities adapt in real-time to a changing world, our infrastructure must be resilient, flexible, and forward looking. This event will discuss those challenges and trends, and what policies and investments are needed now to ensure our infrastructure is ready for whatever the next 50 years throws at it. Special guests include:

-The Honorable Nan Whaley, Mayor, Dayton, OH
-The Honorable David Holt, Mayor, Oklahoma City, OK
-The Honorable Shelley Moore Capito, Senator, WV
-The Honorable Garret Graves, Representative, Louisiana’s 6th Congressional District
