Back bending can be a vulnerable and sometimes physically challenging (even painful) experience, but IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE! In this workshop we’ll discuss and practice a variety of ways to prepare, build essential foundations and alignment, and learn to work with your body rather than against it. You’ll learn great ways to increase strength and mobility for more long term access and depth in your future practice.
