This is a Vinyasa Yoga class linking movement with breath. Sun salutations done with creative sequencing. You can gain many wonderful benefits including; increased endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility, in addition to calming the mind. This class is open to all levels of practitioner. We encourage anyone to try. The focus is on flowing from pose to pose and linking your movement with your breath. All levels are welcome!
