Think of your Yoga practice as restorative movement. Whatever we can do to add, increase and release our joints, increase mobility, flexibility and gain strength is a huge factor in our overall wellness. We can call our practice many names but, our ultimate goal is freedom of movement. The ability and capabilities we have to arrive on our mat ready to be ok with where we are. We must connect the mind, body and soul together and embrace the journey along the way. Namaste
