About Lauren Ahola:
Lauren has been a Registered Dietitian for over eight years. She describes herself as a Holistic Dietitian because, also being a yoga instructor, she looks at the entire picture- diet, mind & body. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from the University of Rhode Island and Masters Degree as well as Dietetic Internship from Simmons College. Her passion is helping others stop dieting and start living a life they love.
