Welcome to Satori Yoga Online. Yoga and Mindfulness means different things to different people. With the popularity increasing sometimes we forget the real meaning and purpose of yoga as well as what mindfulness actually is. Every ‘body’ is a different landscape and every ‘mind’ has its own rivers of thoughts that flow through it. With over 60,000 repetitive thoughts a day revolving around the same issues, unless we slow down to raise our awareness, we will continue to make the same mistakes and deny ourselves from any spiritual development.

Satori Yoga have developed LIVE online classes which people can connect with other like minded people to do the classes interactivity. This series of videos is to aid as a support to your continued practice and encourage you to download the videos that resonate with you.
