During these unprecedented times it’s easy to feel distracted and overwhelmed. Our minds, feelings and emotions are constantly in flux causing many of us to feel ‘out of control’. Part of the practice of yoga lies in accepting uncertainties and the understanding that all things will change. This practice of Integration and Stabilization cultivates a steady breathing pattern, a steady gaze and the practice of steadying the mind to ultimately promote steady nerves and steady heart.
