Exposing the inner life of a mind and its journey to understand the reality of its past, present and future. We explore the inner conflict of our personal, social, cultural and environmental expectations in physical movement.

We are exposed to information every minute of every day, with and without our knowledge. Over time, these can leave permanent marks on our inner walls of consciousness and effect everything around it; our ideas, attitudes, beliefs, opinions and even our physique. Our mind is so adaptable that when it becomes overwhelmed and faces contradictory input, by nature, it will protect itself through censorship, alteration and oblivion. This ego preventative mindset is enough to hold us back, even when there is nothing “physically” blocking the mind from continuing to discover the world.
