9/8/2020 – Traditionally, yoga is called “hatha” yoga, which means “to strike”, or “force” and refers to the striking at ignorance of mind and dullness of body. All yoga texts refer to the co-participating required of a yogin in this thing called transformation. No one ever said yoga would be easy to practice, even if the results can be a sense of greater ease!
