Dynamic yoga practice that elevates the self to an acute awareness where you have the information and tools to guide your body and mind through a flow of being. The practice will always start with joint and spine work to build a solid foundation for a sequence of movement, maybe even a dance.
The theme for today’s class is “No Butts About It.” So let’s talk about our butts (aka booty, seat, trunk, tail) whatever you want to call it. We don’t stick it out enough. Especially as we sit all day, we tuck our tails. Everything beings to fall apart. Our backs start to hunch, our organs are no longer supported and it’s harder for us to breathe. This practice will focus on doing what seems impossible or what society tells us not to do… show your booty!
