Dynamic yoga practice that elevates the self to an acute awareness where you have the information and tools to guide your body and mind through a flow of being. The practice will always start with joint and spine work to build a solid foundation for a sequence of movement, maybe even a dance.
The theme for today’s class is “Heart.” The heart is our motor– it’s what keeps us going. It pumps blood throughout our body and we associate it with love. All good stuff! Taking time to be grateful for what we’ve got as the heart sends us a little bit of warmth. I invite you to open your heart.
