Amy is an engaging and funny host who has brought her upbeat, positive, wit and charm to a wide range of events from television shows, to charity fundraisers, to live sporting events. Sshe has become adpet at hosting online events and loves connecting with people virtually.

Amy is also a certified yoga instructor who specializes in combining the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice with humor, inspirational quotes and personal anecdotes. She teaches classes virtually and is well-equipped to lead sessions online for your audience!

Amy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended the world renowned University of Missouri School of Journalism, earning a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2005. Since moving to Los Angeles she has hosted shows on E!, VH1, MSN, MTV, People TV and has acted in shows and movies like Hot in Cleveland, Sullivan & Son, The Purge and 2 Broke Girls. In addition, Amy played “Mayday Amy” in the wildly popular Amazon Kindle Fire commercial campaign.

Currently, Amy is hosting feel-good segments for Spectrum 1 News SoCal, a spin off of her self- produced web show “What’sGood?!”. She is also hosting a weekly sponsored segment with Morning Save which airs on Entertainment Tonight Weekend. In addition, Amy is the host of The Drone Racing League, which features professional drone racers competing all over the world in what’s known as ‘the sport of the future.’

An avid philanthropist, when she’s not on set, she can be found volunteering with the Art of Elysium or hosting fundraisers for The Thirst Project and Homes 4 Families. In their free time, she and her husband Drew Seeley can be found renovating their new home, reading in their backyard hammock, or hiking the Hollywood hills with their dog Astro.

Her favorite Performance: “I loved shooting with Betty White and Regis Philbin on Hot in Cleveland. It was just a joy to be in the room with Hollywood legends like that. I learned a lot from watching them work. It was one of those incredible experiences you never dream of in your wildest dreams.”
