Get Ready for Some Chili! Arlington Business Partnership’s Annual Chili Cook-Off & Car/Cycle Show is Coming Memorial Day Weekend to Riverside’s Arlington Business District
RIVERSIDE, Calif. –Arlington Business Partnership’s Annual Chili Cook-Off & Car/Cycle Show returns for its 17th year on Saturday, May 25, 2019 and will offer Inland Empire residents a free, family friendly event with tons of activities for children and adults.
The annual event spans Magnolia Avenue between Van Buren Boulevard and Jackson Street, and will include a stage full of live music with an adjacent beer garden, a street full of classic cars & motorcycles, street vendors, a Kid’s Zone with crafts and activities, and of course, chili.
“In 2002, the founding members of the Arlington Business Partnership started the chili cook-off with about 1,500 people in attendance. Today, the event attendance has grown to over 30,000 on the street,” said Arlington Business Partnership Executive Director, Andrew Guerra.
The chili cook-off competition will include cooks from the local community and commercial businesses. Each competitor will be cooking in their booth and follow strict health and safety guidelines. Chili cooks will be competing for a chance to win $1,000!

About Arlington Business Partnership
On October 1, 2002, Riverside City Council authorized the formation of the Arlington Business Improvement District (BID) and designated the Arlington Business Partnership (ABP), a 501c (6) nonprofit organization, with the mission to represent and promote Arlington businesses, to stimulate the local economy, and initiate improvement projects, thus creating a sense of pride for all who live, work and do business in Arlington.
