The understanding of the mind I will be teaching explores how your moment to moment psychological experience is being created and what is operating in the background. When you realise for yourself how the mind works the impact can be very powerful including:

• You feel more in the flow of life;
• You have a more positive mindset and take action without fear;
• Your thinking settles down of its own accord without any conscious effort;
• Your feel more centred, and able to connect to your innate capacity for clearer thinking, in any circumstance, however difficult it may appear on the surface;
You feel more connected to colleagues, friends, family and the world around you;
Challenges in life become less of a burden and you access ideas, solutions and new perspectives that help you deal with any situation.
