The one thing I always hear from my clients is the challenge of staying focused throughout the interview.
Their mind is racing with thoughts and emotions that interrupt their thinking, which ends up making them nervous.
The one tool that I have found that helps with managing your mindset and emotions is meditation.
Over the last four years, mediation has helped me become more focused and more present.
I know that if you practice meditation, your mindset will shift to a place where you are calm and engaged. It does work.
I follow and use the meditations of Optimistic Brain (https://lnkd.in/e85iD75) by John Windisman to help me get into a place of stillness and mindfulness.
