We are living in very challenging times and it is easy to become overwhelmed mentally, physically, and emotionally. This practice is intended to help bring you back to the present moment to re-connect with your body, mind, and emotions. Nada Yoga (or sound meditation) and slow gentle, flowing movements along with deep breathing are used to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you shift out of fight-flight-freeze mode into rest & digest mode. You are then invited to develop your somatic listening skills via a guided meditation focused on tapping into the inherent wisdom of your body and your emotions.
